Delivery and shipping

Currently we use Australia Post for deliveries. We provide an email notification of posting and tracking via our ecommerce network.

All orders are signature required for added security and peace of mind, unless stipulated at placement of order, at the buyers own risk.

Online orders may be picked up directly from our warehouse only if nominated on the order form and allow a minimum of 2 hours for orders to be processed and ready for pickup at Unit 24/8 Victoria Ave Castle Hill. Our operating hours are from 8.00 am till 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday.

Orders will be processed & dispatched usually within 2 business days of receipt of order. 

If we are out of stock or are experiencing a delay in supply of an order we will notify you within the first 24 hours of our normal operating hours.

Delivery times will certainly vary within Australia, east coast 1 to 3 days, west coast 5 to 9 days, but if an order is not received within a reasonable time please feel free to contact us for further help.

If the actual freight cost is more than the estimated price at the checkout we reserve the right to notify you with the correct cost.
